Dr. Sumaira Rehman

Postdoctoral Fellow

Biography:

Sumaira Rehman completed her MPhil in Mathematics from Hazara University, Pakistan, in 2015, with a thesis on mathematical modeling and numerical analysis of chemical kinetics. She obtained her PhD in Mathematics from University of Tartu, Estonia, in 2020, with a major focus on the complexity of integral equations and their optimality properties.
She is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow working on fractional differential equations and their applications. Her research is co-supervised by Prof. Jianhong Wu at York University and Prof. Kunquan Lan at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Research Interests :
Fractional differential and integral equations with applications in nonlinear and operator-based mathematical modelling.
